02Is memory foam sensitive to temperature?
Memory foam is temperature-sensitive, so environmental temperatures may affect how it feels. For mattresses and mattress toppers, in particular, very warm and humid weather may make them feel softer, while very cold weather may make them somewhat firmer. If you feel a memory foam mattress or mattress topper is too firm, try removing the conventional mattress pad to allow the memory foam material to be more responsive to your body temperature. If you feel the memory foam mattress or mattress topper is too soft, try adding a conventional mattress pad to make the mattress seem firmer without losing the pressure point relief. You may also try keeping the room slightly cooler.
03Why does my new memory foam product have an odor? Memory foam may have a slight odor that remains from the manufacturing process. This odor, often referred to as a“fresh foam smell”is normal and completely harmless, and will dissipate within a few days. Both memory foam and conventional foam are used in products you come in contact with every day such as upholstered furniture, vehicles, and office furniture. The “new car smell”is attributed to the foamused in the seats. All memory foam materials have this smell when first opene especially because they have been vacuum sealed and air tight from the time they were manufactured. The smell is harmless.

04Can I wash the memory foam products?
No. Memory foam product is not washable, dry in the ventilated area is ok. But you can wash the pillow cover if removable.
05How and when can I get the sample?
We can provide a sample for quality checking first. Sample cost will be refunded after order confirm. It will take about 4~6 days to
prepare a sample.
06Can we have our own Logo and company info on the products or package?
Yes. We provide OEM service, products are customized base on clients request. But MOQ required at our side.
07How to order?
Firstly, we need to confirm all the products info with you, such as the specification, quality level, size, packing, quantity, price, delivery time…etc.
Secondly, after the proforma invoice sent out, please kindly arrange the deposit accordingly. We will prepare all the raw materials and arrange the production after get the deposit.
Thirdly, whenever all the products finished, you can arrange product inspection if needed. If the products are ok, you can send the balanced payment before delivery. Then we will arrange the shipment by that.
08How to control the quality?
If you have very strict requirement regarding the product, we will send a sample for confirmation first, of course, we will keep a copy at our hand. If the sample is ok, we will sign on the sample and pass to the production department, our QC will inspect the whole product base on the sample. The finished product can be sent for double checking if necessary.
09How can I lengthen the life or care to my memory foam product?
When you acquire a new memory foam mattress, you do not want it to develop deep body indentations as this will create an uneven mattress which will lead to uncomfortable sleeping. Ranking’s mattresses are not reversable or flipable. Laying the mattress on a flat surface or good condition foundation will maintain the mattress life span. If you have a Memory Foam Topper, it should be flipped every 2 weeks.
